Rust or Rustic?

Are you ready for some football? I am! My boys are playing in the NFC Championship game -- The Vikings! To be at a Vikings game taken pictures is definitely on my "bucket list." But for now I have to settle on taking pictures in downtown Hampton. Not the same, but definitely will do. So that is the location of both of these pictures. I am working on my editing, so these may seem a little funky. Leave me a message and let me know what you think. I hope you enjoy!

Frosty beverage or small tank?

So here's another post for you. In 2010 I am trying to be better about posting to my blog. So here's a photo I took of my boy in San Fran. That day we were trying to make it to a big wheel race. Yes, a big wheel race! I have to say it was bomb. The adventure we had getting there was the best part though. It began at a biker bar, that didn't sell diet coke. But it sold some good beef and beer! It was nice. Then on the way to the race we decided to stop and have a beer at every bar we saw. These stops were more fueled more by my small tank then our love of the frosty beverage. This is a photograph I took inside one of the bars. It's beautiful, because he's beautiful! I try to be humble, but this pic is damn good. So anyways, I love this boy - he is one of my best friends. He's da best!

PBR and a smoke

So, it's 2010 and everyone has been talking about their resolutions. Of course they all include being more healthy. While I do think that this is very important in the new year, I want to do something that I will stick to for more than two weeks. Something that is more close to my heart and makes me feel better when I do it. Actually, I have a few things (yes, one of them is to try and be more healthy). 1) I have to take more pics. It is imperative to my mental health! Taking pictures means that I am able to get lost-- both literally and figuratively. So continue to watch my blog for new photographs. 2) I am going to do things that I really want to do this year. I am usually too scared to do it by myself and when I wait for others it never gets done. So expect the unexpected from me. 3) Really discover some great, inspiring music. First up Matt and Kim, next We Were Promised Jetpacks. Take a listen!
Whatever happens this year, I hope it's prosperous to all. Everyone has something in their heart that they want to happen, but don't want to share. I hope that comes true for you. Hopefully, we will meet up sometime in this new year for a PBR and a smoke. We do have 364 days to get together. Love!
